Rare Vintage unique 1980 USA hockey commemorative trophy with fine Italian marble base.
Original commemorative trophy of the 1980 USA hockey team's Gold medal victory. For those old enough to remember what it was like 46 years ago on February 22nd 1980 the patriotism in the country was unbelievable as Americans all held the same Pride "I'm Proud To Be An American" as the Miracle on Ice was more than just a game it was a uniting force that made all Americans proud again in a time that was very difficult much like today. 46 years later Team USA's Jack Hughes the Golden Goal Scorer, uttered these exact words from 46 years ago "I'm Proud To Be An American" and the USA is once again Golden!
Trophy measures 6-1/8 inches high x 4 inches wide.
