Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Email nameofthegamesports1980@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please send the item within 14 calendar days after receiving those instructions. Do not ship merchandise to an unconfirmed address.

Return condition

For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned in the condition received, with all certificates, authentication materials, tags, accessories and other contents supplied with the purchase.

Do not remove or alter authentication labels. Please package the item securely to help prevent damage in transit.

Vintage and previously owned collectibles may show wear described or pictured in their listings. A disclosed condition issue does not excuse an inaccurate description or a different, undisclosed problem.

Return exclusions and fees

No additional final-sale exclusions apply. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

We recommend a tracked return service and appropriate insurance for valuable merchandise.

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or materially differs from its description, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and refund the applicable original shipping charges when a refund is the appropriate remedy.

Damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items

Contact us promptly with your order number and available photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a return and refund or an agreed replacement.

Please retain packaging for damaged shipments where possible. Missing photographs or packaging do not automatically remove your rights under applicable law.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and issue any approved refund within five business days after receiving it. Refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. We will explain any decision to refuse or reduce a requested refund. This processing period does not extend a shorter deadline required by law.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible, because orders may be dispatched within the stated processing period.

Once an order has shipped, our return process applies, subject to any additional cancellation rights required by law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return and a separate purchase. Because collectibles may be unique, an identical replacement may not be available. A return request does not reserve another item.

eBay purchases

For purchases completed through eBay, use the return or support process associated with that eBay order. Applicable marketplace protections and the terms disclosed with that purchase continue to apply.
