SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping destinations

Name of the Game Sports ships within the United States. International shipping is not currently offered.

Shipping costs

Available shipping options and charges are displayed before payment. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the item’s size, weight and packaging requirements.

Processing time

Orders are prepared for shipment within two business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Carrier transit time is additional to order processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is expressly offered.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will notify you of the revised timing and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

Packaging, tracking and insurance

Items are packaged according to their size, fragility and value. Every shipment includes tracking and shipping insurance covering the merchandise’s sale value. Orders with a merchandise value of $500 or more require a signature upon delivery.

Any mandatory shipping, insurance or signature charges are included in the charges disclosed before payment.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has shipped.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your item arrives damaged or your shipment appears to be missing, contact us with your order number.

For damage, please retain the item and packaging and provide photographs where possible. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Our responsibility to provide a remedy required by law does not depend on the outcome of an insurance claim.
