Where stock or representative photographs are identified, the actual item may vary as disclosed. Contact us before purchasing if you need confirmation of a specific signature, number, condition detail or included document.

Statements attributed to a seller about an item’s provenance or use are not independent authentication unless supporting evidence is expressly identified. We do not guarantee that collectibles will increase in value.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights concerning inaccurate or misleading product descriptions.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed before payment.

You must provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Availability and order acceptance

An inquiry does not reserve an item or constitute a purchase. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment.

If payment has been collected and we cannot accept or fulfill the order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the unfulfilled order.

If a material pricing, description or availability error affects your order, we will explain the issue and provide the applicable cancellation or refund options. We will not charge an increased price or substitute another collectible without your agreement.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

The policies disclosed when your order is placed apply to that purchase. Later changes do not retroactively remove your existing rights.
