The product is a 3x5 index card with PVC Top Loader signed by Jack O'Callahan of the 1980 USA Hockey team that won the gold medal at the Winter Olympics in Lake Placid

Not only is he a famed member of the iconic Miracle on Ice team, he is also portrayed as one of the main characters in the movie "Miracle" produced by Disney in 2004

OC, as he has now become known, also played in the NHL as one of the 1980 USA hockey team members to be drafted and had a fantastic career as a defenseman.
